The dialogues between European and African community representatives are mostly designed in a formal way through congresses and associations. This opens a door for stereotyping and lots of misconceptions. The self-help groups we encourage aim for knowledge transfer and sharing experiences in different aspects including professional ones. They provide opportunities for personal relationships, social behaviors, and a sense of belonging. Needless to mention that the physical barriers are diminished by the online platforms. With minimal infrastructure, the company is paving the road for online connection between youth of Europe and Africa.
